The sandy beach of “Ag. Marina” is accessible from the Villa in walking distance and in a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of “Kourouta” and “Skafidia” (marked with blue flag), the medieval castle in “Kyllini”, of great interest, the protected Natura “Kaiafa Lake "and in 40 minutes distance by car, the tourist port of “Katakolo”. In the village of “Douneika” going on foot in 10 minutes, the visitor can obtain food supplies from the mini market for the everyday needs and fresh fragrant bread from the bakery, and In the case of a need for medication, a drug store is available in the village. Within 10 to 15 minutes by car to “Amaliada” and “Pyrgos” direction, one can find many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, taverns and hospitals.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden 35000m2, was built in 1893 and has been declared a historic monument by the Ministry of culture. On 2004 ended the building restoration with all modern standards. The building consists of two floors. The first floor has an office whose windows come in a very large terrace overlooking the sea and around the garden, two bedrooms one of which has a balcony with views of the sea and the other window with views of the sea. These rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains, and the bathroom that comes out to the terrace.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with French windows with access directly into the garden and pool view, two bathrooms, living room with double sided fireplace with living room in front of each side, dining room and a corner office. There is also a kitchen fully equipped, that communicates with the gazebo that has dining and living room with panoramic views of the garden and the pool.
The garden is so designed as to provide security for residents. The land is fenced everywhere and furthermore covered by plants and trees around guaranteeing full privacy from neighbours. The home embraced by 9000m2 lawn with flower beds full of flowers and plants and the combination of blue water of the swimming pool, the green grasses and the smells of flowers give the impression to the visitor that he is in Heavenly environment. The Orchard, a few counts more away, causes to try seasonal fruits, and if feeling tired may rest for a while under the shadow of towering trees, can also if need to meditate to visit the picturesque Chapel of “Agios Fanourios”. The evenings can be enjoyed under the starlit sky-lit pool next to a fabulous meal with baked in BQ and then have a drink before sleeping in a cool gazebo. If there are privately owned or rented cars the garage provides two secure parking locations. In the case of more cars, there are shady spots for parking in specific parts of the garden.
